For this inspiration photo shoot we built off of the fabulous reproduction Louis XIV chairs by de Gournay. Instead of using them in a traditional setting, we wanted to illustrate how much more interesting it is to use accents in an unexpected way – in this case on a gritty, modern rooftop overlooking the Flatiron building. The juxtiposition of the antique, royal table setting against a graphic, hard cityscape creates immediate interest and dynamism.
